Who is Chef in the House?
Roger Wilton is a Red Seal Chef with over 40 years in the industry, and he makes the best soups you've ever had. After being laid of because of Covid in 2020, he barely took a break before launching Chef in the House soups by selling to friends, then friends-of-friends, then anyone who wanted some through social media.
The Winnipeg Free Press called Chef Wilton "Beausejour's Souperstar", and he really is. The community has rallied around Chef Wilton and made a hobby into a full-fledged business, with a website and everything (hey there!).
